- 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Flexible availability including evening shifts
- Reliable and dependable
- Must be trustworthy and polite
- English Language Proficiency
- Willingness to travel throughout the city
- Full valid Ontario license & access to a vehicle
- Able to provide a criminal record check
- Smartphone with internet access
- Comfortable with technology (email, internet, schedule management)
- Self-acquired insurance policy
- Excellent attention to detail
- High customer-service focused
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Proof of Canadian work eligibility and photo identification
- Ability to work conflict-free within a small team or independently
- Must be able to meet physical demands such as bending, kneeling, and lifting objects up to 20lbs
